Ticket terms
These terms apply to tickets you order on this website.
The organiser is the Ahura Mazda Cultural and Arts Institute. Details of the provider and how to contact us: see the legal notice.
Order and payment
Pay your order by the deadline shown in your order. An order that is not paid when the deadline passes is cancelled automatically, and its seats become free again.
Categories and prices
The ticket categories and their prices are shown on each event's page.
If you cannot come
Paid tickets are not refunded. You may, however, pass your ticket on to someone else: tickets are not issued in a person's name.
Cancellation by the organiser
If we cancel an event, we refund the full ticket price.
New date
If we move an event to another date, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you cannot come on the new date, we refund the ticket price.
Entry
Show the QR code at the entrance, on your phone or on paper. Each QR code admits as many people as it holds, once.
